What do you love most about your job?

I love giving clients clarity and confidence about their financial future. Helping people make informed decisions and seeing the relief when everything falls into place is what motivates me every day.

What’s your role at Caple Banks and what does a typical day look like for you?

I’m a Chartered Financial Planner and work closely with clients to build long-term financial strategies that support the life they want to live. My days are usually a mix of client meetings, reviewing their financial affairs, and ensuring our advice is always clear, compliant, and genuinely in their best interests. Alongside this, I act as Operations Director, helping to ensure the business runs efficiently.

What skills or strengths do you bring to the team?

I’m highly detail-focused, particularly when it comes to complex pensions and retirement planning. I enjoy translating technical concepts into straightforward, reassuring advice, so clients feel fully supported and confident in every decision.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Most of my time is spent with my wife and young family. I also love collecting vinyl records, running, and cooking — especially a good homemade pie.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I once went on holiday to North Korea — an unforgettable experience, but one I don’t plan to repeat!
