What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy the variety of my role - as Forrest Gump famously said ‘you never know what you’re going to get!’  I also enjoy talking to and meeting clients as it’s always nice to put a face to a name.

What’s your role at Caple Banks and what does a typical day look like for you?

There’s always lots going on as a Client Administrator and so a typical day is difficult to describe, but I can usually be found answering client queries on the telephone and via email or preparing documents to be sent to clients or providers.  

What skills or strengths do you bring to the team?

I have worked in financial services for nearly 20 years and so I like to think I bring a wealth of experience and a sense of humour to the team.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Outside of work I like keep fit, weekends away and going on long walks.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I have done two parachute jumps!
