What do you love most about your job?

The challenge of finding solutions to a wide range of client objectives for clients with their own stories. We use the ‘mum test’, asking ourselves whether we would give this advice to our mum. This results in recommendations we feel proud of. 

What’s your role at Caple Banks and what does a typical day look like for you?

We are involved in the full client process, from prepping advisers for Annual Review meetings to onboarding new clients, working with advisers to formulate recommendations and writing reports for clients.

What skills or strengths do you bring to the team?

I’m very analytical and good at explaining technical concepts in a simple and clear way.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I’m currently doing up a Victorian house, which is keeping me busy. I like to read, and I love a good art exhibition. Also, I (very occasionally!) paint myself and have taken part in a few group exhibitions for charity.

What’s one thing people might be surprised to learn about you?

I love wild swimming. Nothing makes me happier than a swim in the sea in December!
